Bashi Mathiba Kgakge is a multifaceted leader with over 26 years of experience in customer relationship management, event management, and strategic leadership across various industries, complemented by 28 years in politics. His career spans telecommunications, event promotions, logistics, agriculture, and building supplies and construction, showcasing his versatility and adaptability.
Kgakge’s political journey began in 1996 when he joined the Botswana Democratic Party, progressing through various roles including the Constituency Youth Chairman, National Youth Executive Committee Treasurer, and Kweneng District Council member. His commitment to transparent governance and community development led to his appointment to the President’s Campaign Team in 2019 and his current position as the Ruling Party’s 2024 Member of Parliament National Election Candidate for Molepolole North Constituency.
